How to Add Pictures to the Website

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHOTO ADDITION TO WEB PAGE

1.       Go to BSDC web home page, and go to the top of the page and click the Log In button

2.       Scroll down and enter username & password

3.       Scroll down and then click login.

4.       Go to the top of the home page and click on CONTENT MANAGEMENT.

5.       Scroll down to Image Galleries, click on Add Gallery.

6.        Under Gallery Name enter the name you want your gallery to be known as.

7.       Under descriptions you can further define it.

8.       Scroll down and click on Save.

9.       Go to the top of the page and click on Content Management

10.   Scroll down to Create Content, and then click on Album.

11.   The album page will open, and under the Title space give your album a name.

12.   Then scroll down and click on save.

13.    A page will come up telling you that you have created an album.

14.   Go back to the top of the page and click on Content Management

15.   Scroll down to Create Content, and then go to Image.

16.    Another page will open and you can give you image a name.

17.   Once you have given the image a name scroll down, and click on the drop down under Image Galleries, there you will find the Gallery you created and saved, click on your Gallery.

18.   Go down to the Acidfree Albums there you will find the album you created and saved, highlight it by left clicking.

19.   Scroll down to Imput Format there you will see a Browse button, click on that and from there you can go find the photo you want to add.

20.   When you have your photo selected scroll down and click on the Save button, that will add the Image to your album in your Gallery.

You will need to repeat the Image procedure for each Image you wish to add.

How to Add a Newsletter

1. Add content by creating a Story.
2. The newsletter section is setup to grab all new stories. No menu selection is required.
3. Add similar text as before.
4. Save. If the position is not correct, change the priority numbers.
